“There can be no progress without head-on confrontation.” Christopher Hitchens Confrontation is scary, but often necessary. When we confront someone, we are advocating for ourselves and the relationship with that person. In this week’s episode, I discuss confrontation and the effects avoiding it has had on my relationships and myself.
